Terms and Conditions of umbet1 – Clear Rules for Everyone

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between umbet1 ("Platform", "we") and you ("User", "you") regarding the use of all services available at umbet1.best, including Sports Betting, online casino, bonuses, promotions, and the VIP Program.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• Account: the individual profile created by the User on the umbet1 platform, linked to a unique CPF.
• Real Balance: amounts deposited directly or received as winnings from settled bets, available for withdrawal.
• Bonus Balance: credits granted through promotions, subject to rollover before converting to real balance.
• Rollover: the wagering volume required to convert bonus balance into real balance, calculated by multiplying the bonus amount by the factor specified in each promotion.
• Odds: the decimal-format odds that determine the potential return on a bet placed at umbet1.
• Event: any match, fight, race, or competition available for betting on the platform.

Use of the platform constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of all points of these Terms, as well as the supplementary policies, including the Privacy Policy and the guidelines of Responsible Gambling.

To create an account at umbet1 and use its services, the User must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age of age at the time of registration. umbet1 does not allow the platform to be used by anyone under 18 years old, under any circumstances.
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a Valid CPF issued by the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (Receita Federal).
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including full name, date of birth, CPF, address, and a valid email address.

Umbet1 reserves the right to request additional documents to confirm a User's identity and eligibility at any time. If information is incorrect or documentation is insufficient, the account may be preventively suspended until the matter is resolved.

Withdrawals at umbet1 are processed exclusively via Pix, directly to the bank account whose CPF matches the one registered on the platform. The destination Pix account may be held at any Brazilian bank: Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Santander, Inter, C6 Bank, Caixa Econômica Federal, and others.

• Event cancelled before it starts: all bets are refunded as real balance.
• Football match interrupted before 90 minutes: if the match has not completed at least 90 minutes (including stoppage time), bets are refunded, unless the outcome has already been determined for the specific market (e.g., a first-half result bet with 45 minutes played).
• MMA/UFC bout canceled with a replacement fighter: bets placed before the replacement announcement are refunded; bets placed after the announcement with the new fighter stand as normal.
• Odds errors: umbet1 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds resulting from a system error or human input mistake. The User will be notified by email and the staked amount returned as real balance.

Bets placed on events suspected of result manipulation or match-fixing may be suspended and voided while an investigation is ongoing, in accordance with the guidelines of the relevant sports regulatory bodies.

• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly. Only the balance generated after the rollover requirement is met becomes real balance available for withdrawal.
• Canceled, refunded, or cashed-out bets do not count toward the rollover calculation.
• Umbet1 reserves the right to cancel bonuses from users who show promotional abuse behavior, such as creating multiple accounts or placing bets that clearly aim only to meet rollover requirements without any real risk.
• All promotions have an expiration date. Unused bonus balance is automatically cancelled when the deadline passes.

The umbet1 VIP Program umbet1 has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Your tier is determined by your total betting volume during the current month. Each tier unlocks additional benefits, including percentage cashback on monthly losses, exclusive boosted odds, reload bonuses, and — at the Gold and Diamond tiers — a dedicated VIP manager with WhatsApp support.

• VIP cashback is calculated on net monthly losses (deposits minus withdrawals) and credited as real balance, with no additional rollover, by the 5th of the following month.
• VIP level is recalculated monthly. Users who do not reach the minimum volume for their current level in the following month are downgraded to the next level below.
• Umbet1 reserves the right to change the scoring criteria and benefits of the VIP Program with 15 days' prior notice by email to affected users.

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited on the umbet1 and may result in immediate account closure, balance cancellation, and, where applicable, reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Creating multiple accounts (bonus abuse) with the intent of unlawfully accumulating bonuses;
• Use of bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automation software to place bets;
• Sharing an account with third parties or using the account as someone other than the registered CPF holder;
• Money laundering or use of the platform for illegal financial transactions;
• Betting on events using insider information or involvement in result-fixing schemes (match-fixing);
• Systematic attempts to exploit technical glitches or odds errors;
• Use of the platform by individuals under 18 or by persons in regions where online betting is legally prohibited.

The User may request the closure of their account on the umbet1 at any time through email or live chat support. Any available real balance will be returned via Pix before closure, provided identity verification has been completed. Unmet bonus balance is forfeited upon closure.

Umbet1 may suspend or close an account in the following situations:

• Violation of any rule set out in these Terms and Conditions;
• Identification of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity;
• Self-exclusion request by the User for responsible gambling reasons;
• Court order or request from a competent regulatory authority;
• Accounts inactive for more than 24 months with no access or transactions.

For the resolution of any disputes related to the use of umbet1, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
